This policy explains how personal data provided through this website or when engaging a service is handled, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

2. Data collected
- Contact data: name, email address and phone number, when you write or call.
- Billing data: name or company name, tax ID and registered address, needed to issue the invoice.
- Transaction data: amount, date, description and the last four digits of the card as returned by the payment processor.
No special category data is collected. Full card details are never collected or stored: they are entered directly in the payment processor's environment.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The following providers are involved, acting as processors or as controllers within the scope of their own service:

- Web hosting and email providers located within the European Economic Area.
- My tax adviser, for accounting and tax compliance.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to dmytrolutak.bv@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. You will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Browsing is not tracked and no profiles are built.
7. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
